Railguns do bonus damage to Armor, less to shields, it's like that for the forge, sniper rifle and rail rifle, why is the railgun reversed?

Same bug I reported months ago, feeling it even more. Just fired 5 shots at a Railgun Installation with my rail, hit it once and then the four shots didn't even appear, minus 500k for me THANKS bros.

The normal Railgun seems to have a problem with continuously firing phantom shots after the release of the trigger, I'm able to fire 12 shots using a heat sink, I release around the 8-9th shot and then the railgun continues firing without building...
